Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Telecaller to handle customer interactions, manage NDR reports, and reduce our RTO (Return to Origin) percentage. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, be proficient in managing customer inquiries, and demonstrate strong Excel skills to maintain call data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries related to order confirmations, shipping, and returns.
- NDR Management: Work closely on NDR reports, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and coordinating with logistics partners to reduce RTO.
- Emails and WhatsApp Support: Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups using Excel.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and provide solutions to shipping, payment, and order-related problems.
- Customer Reviews: Contact customers post-delivery for feedback and reviews.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in telecalling or a customer support role (fashion or retail industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in Excel for maintaining call data and generating reports.
- Experience in working with NDR reports and reducing RTO is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
